Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters. This policy explains what information Artificial Intelligence for Coding ("the Site") collects, and how it is used. The short version: this Site is a static blog that collects as little as possible.

1. Information We Collect

The Site itself does not require you to create an account or log in, and it does not run its own tracking scripts.

  • Contact form: If you use the contact form, the name, email address, and message you submit are sent to the Site owner so your message can be answered. This submission is handled by a third-party form service (Formspree).
  • Local settings: Your theme preference (light or dark) is stored in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device and is not sent to any server.

2. How Information Is Used

Information you submit via the contact form is used solely to read and respond to your message. It is not sold, rented, or used for advertising.

3. Third-Party Services

The Site relies on a small number of third-party services to function:

  • Cloudflare Pages hosts the Site and may process standard server logs (such as IP addresses and request data) for security and reliability.
  • Formspree processes contact-form submissions. Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policy.
  • Google Fonts is used to load typefaces, which may involve a request to Google's servers.

Each third party operates under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review.

4. Cookies and Tracking

The Site does not set its own advertising or analytics cookies. The only client-side storage used is the local theme preference described above.

5. Data Retention

Contact-form messages are retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and keep a reasonable record of correspondence.

6. Your Choices

You can clear your browser's local storage at any time to reset your theme preference. You are not required to use the contact form; you may email directly instead.

7. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for a general, professional audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.

9. Contact

For any privacy questions, reach out through the contact page or email [email protected].
